1. Simply join in forums and add a link to your site in the signature section. Most of the forums let you have a signature that contains links to other websites. This is the easiest way to get a backlink from a site.
2. Use guestbooks , forms, commenting.... Yes anywhere you can post you message can be used to leave a backlink. Even if the site doesnt accept backlinks, just leave your sites name.
3. Buy links: There are many websites with very good PR (Pagerank) that sell backlinks. Make sure the website you buy your link places your link somewhere near to top.
